Caller ID Spoofing is a tactic used by criminals where they place calls that appear to be from the bank. They claim any number of reasons for the call. Actually they are trying to compromise your security by gaining your personal information or your security codes. 

If you receive one of these calls, you should disconnect the call and immediately call the number on the back of your debit card.

Access your account information 24/7 via our touch-tone automated service. Bank-by-Phone is a FREE service and you can sign up by calling your nearest Customer Service Representative to retrieve a PIN number. This PIN number allows you safe access to your account information via the telephone.

To get started, you will need to know your account number and PIN.
Dial 1 (888) 263-5301 and follow the menu prompts to:

  • Obtain balance information.
  • Review recent transactions.
  • Transfer funds among your Hometown Community Banks accounts.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Report a Lost or Stolen ATM or Debit Card.

Bank by Phone allows you to hear account information on any Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit/IRA and Loan Accounts.
