Dial Hometown Community Banks' touch-tone service to access your account. 
Access your account information 24/7 via our touch-tone automated service. Bank-by-Phone is a FREE service and you can sign up by calling your nearest Customer Service Representative to retrieve a PIN number. This PIN number allows you safe access to your account information via the telephone.

To get started, you will need to know your account number and PIN.
Dial 1 (888) 263-5301 and follow the menu prompts to:

  • Obtain balance information.
  • Review recent transactions.
  • Transfer funds among your Hometown Community Banks accounts.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Report a Lost or Stolen ATM or Debit Card.

Bank by Phone allows you to hear account information on any Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit/IRA and Loan Accounts.
