What you need to do to access your new Online Banking and Mobile Banking
Beginning Monday, March 19, you will be able to use your new Online Banking through the Home Page at hometownbanks.com. Use the same Access ID you have been using. When you log in the first time, use the last six numbers of your Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) as your temporary password. The system will prompt you to change your password and to set up security questions.
To set up Mobile Banking, complete the following steps:
1. Login to Online Banking.
2. Choose the Options Menu.
3. Scroll down to “Mobile Banking Profile”.
4. Click on “Enroll Now”.
5. Complete the requested information.
6. Download the Hometown Community Banks App through iTunes or Google Play. Search for Hometown Community Banks and look for the Clock Tower logo on the App icon.
