To enroll for the Mobile Browser, Text, Apps or all three, click on "Options" in the blue menu bar at the top of your Online Banking and scroll down to "Mobile Banking Profile" and click on the "Manage Devices" button.
Find the app in Google Play or in iTunes under Hometown Community Banks. Look for the Clock Tower logo.
The apps for the Android or iPhone offers a one step log in...just open the app and enter your password. With the apps you can get account balances, transaction details, do transfers and - if you have the Bill Pay option - pay bills.
Mobile Browser access allows access to your accounts on any phone with a web capability, using any popular browser. Simply open your browser, use a bookmark to navigate to the log in page, then click on the "Log In" button and enter your password. As with the Apps, Mobile Browser offers account balances, transaction details, transfers and the ability to pay bills if you have the optional Bill Pay.
Text Banking uses SMS texting to deliver account information. Simply text a short code to the to five digit code for the bank - such as "BAL" for Balance - and you will receive a return text with the information you requested. BAL returns all of your account balances. HIST plus the nickname you assigned to the account returns transactions for that account.
