Messages sent using the “Contact Us” button will only be viewed by Morton Community Bank employees and any information you submit is confidential. Be sure to include your phone number or email if you want us to contact you. Please note that we are unable to accept change of account information, including addresses or telephone numbers as those changes require proof of your identity.
Secure Mail through Online Banking
Both our Personal and Business Online Banking include a secure messaging system. This secure connection allows you to use your unique Access ID and password to send or receive messages to and from the Bank, including change requests which require proof of your identity.
Use Secure Mail to:
- Request a change in mailing address, telephone number or email address.
- Attach documents to send to a Morton Community Bank Team Member.
- Request changes to your account.
