View Account Balances
Click here to see an example and more detail

Usually your first screen will open to a summary of your account balances. If it does not or if you wish to view the summary at any time during your session click one time on the Accounts button.
The account titles in the Account column are provided by the system and cannot be changed. The words in the "Description" column can be changed by using the "Options" button and assigning nicknames to the accounts. Here, the system is listing Loan number 0000000 as "Consumer" and the user has nicknamed the loan "Car" by using the "Options" button.
The balances shown are real time. Because the deposit account balances show available funds it is possible this screen may show you less than you believe you have. That may happen if you are using a savings account or CD as security on a loan at the bank. From time to time certain deposit items may have temporary holds. This can happen when depositing certain types of funds such as personal checks.

Statement cycles can vary and are not necessarily full months. If your statement cycle ended three days ago you are only three days into the Current Statement and you will see only three days of activity when you select "Current Statement." Generally with internet banking you will be able to view between 30 and 60 days of transactions using the Current and Previous Statement buttons.
Because this is a real time service you can also see any items which have been presented at the bank today but not yet fully processed into your account and posted in your Current Statement. This may include direct deposits or incoming items for debit such as checks. To view those items click on "Current Business Day."

Special Note about certain debit card purchases: In "Current Business Day" you may see items described as "PREAUTH."  These are temporary postings which will drop off. They are most common when using your card at a gas pump or a restaurant.
