Accessing Your VISA/Mastercard Account Online

Log On

Go to www.ezcardinfo.com. If you have not yet enrolled, click on the Enroll Link and complete the brief online application. If you are already enrolled, enter your Access ID and click the Next button.

First Time User Security Set Up

During your first log on you will be required to complete an online security set up. That is the "Passmark" security system. In the future, when you log in you will be shown your "Passmark" image and your pass phrase on the same screen you enter your password.

View Account Summaries

The first screen you see will have a summary of your account which includes information about your credit limits, balances and payments.

View Statements

To view your most recent statement, click Statement in the left menu. You can view your Scorecard Bonus Points by clicking on the link above the Transactions section.

To view previous statements click on the Previous Statement Summaries link and select the date you wish to view.

Download Transactions

Online access provides the ability to download your transactions in a variety of formats including Quicken Web Connect and Microsoft Active Statement. To download, begin from the statement screen and click on the Download Transactions As button. Downloading for Quicken Web Connect requires that you begin the download from here instead of beginning from Quicken. These transactions will not download using the One Step Update in Quicken.

Search for Transactions

To search for specific transactions or types of transactions click on the Find Transactions link in the left menu. You can search by merchant, amount, category and date. You also can search for groups of transactions, for example any transactions over $100.00.

Pay Your Bill Online

The quickest way to make a payment and have it credited to your account is to make the payment online from this website. Payments made this way will post to your account the same day. The first time you click on the Pay Bill Online link you will be prompted for information about the account the payment will come from. You can pay from your checking account at any financial institution. To set up a payment you will need the routing number of your financial institution, your account number, and the name on your account. The on-screen instructions will show you where to find this information on one of your checks.

After you set up your payment information you will be prompted to enter specific information for the payment. If you have set up more than one account to pay from you can select the account you want. You can choose to make the minimum payment due or enter a specific amount. You can also choose to make the payment today or at a future date. When you have completed the payment information click on the Review Payment button. Payments can be set up as one time payments or automatically recurring payments.

The next screen will give you the opportunity to change your payment, cancel the payment or make the payment. To complete making the payment click on the Make Payment button. After you click on the button you will see an on-screen confirmation of the payment.
This method of making a payment authorizes VISA/Mastercard to draw from your account the amount of money you specified on the date you specified. Generally the payment will be posted to your account that day.

Produce Reports

Clicking on the Reports link in the menu allows you to produce a variety of reports for customized periods. The reports are available as a text summary or as a chart.
