Variable rate index and spread Morton Community Bank calculates the variable rate by adding 5.0% for MasterCard Standard and Visa Classic and 4% for Visa Gold above the Prime Rate  as published in The Wall Street Journal on the 15th of March, June, September, and December of each year.
