How to get help If you have not used Phone Home in more than 90 days your access may have been disabled for security reasons. Please call us to re-enable your access. If you are having difficulty try calling from a different telephone. Frequently, a telephone keypad will have keys which are sticky or not producing the exact tone needed by the system.
